Senior Kadet Ken Gill (Box 574, Rockton IL 61072) built this Senior Kadet from a Sig Manufacturing kit. He powers it with a Saito .56 engine, and uses a Futaba six-channel RC system for guidance. Ken modified his Senior Kadet to use separate servos for each aileron and converted the model from the stock tricycle-landing-gear configuration to a taildragger type. He also made modifications to the rudder and the elevator. The model is covered with Sig Koverall and is finished with Krylon paint from spray cans. The overall weight of Ken’s Kadet is 7-1/2 pounds. |
